7 Holiday Drink Recipes

Because we all need a little something to help us get through long, family dinners...

1) Apple Cider Sangria by The Back Label
Apple Cider Sangria
2) Pumpkin Martini, Dairy-Free by The Power of Juice (8 oz. serving)
 
Ingredients:
6 oz. The Power of Juice Perfectly Pumpkin walnut-based, dairy-free nut milk
2 oz. vodka (Tito's gluten-free works well)
1 Tbsp. Cointreau (or other orange-flavored liqueur)
1 Tbsp. festive sugar for coating the rim of the glass
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Orange wedges to moisten the rim of the glass
 
Instructions:
1.  Lightly squeeze the wedge of orange around the rim of a martini glass to moisten it.
2.  Mix the sugar and pumpkin pie spice on a small plate that will fit the mouth of the martini glass.
3.  Dip the moistened rim of the martini glass into the sugar and set aside.
4.  In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine the Perfectly Pumpkin nut milk and the vodka.  Shake vigorously, then strain into the prepared glass.
5.  Voila!  Enjoy.
